The Earlywine Family Aquatic Center at SW 119 & May integrates a beach-like pool entry with the excitement of high-energy water toys, super tube slides, swimming lanes and twelve gently bubbling geysers.

The adventurous can take in the new 40-foot bowl slide, where riders are swept into a tunnel where they shoot into a large bowl, before dropping some twenty feet to the pool below. Interactive water toys for younger swimmers, and a cool zero-depth entry gives moms and tots the perfect play space for a hot summer day.

Need a break from the water? Play in the sandbox, lounge in one of our many beach chairs or under a shade umbrella, or order food from the full-service concession stand.

The concession stand sells everything from steamy, soft pretzels and pepperoni pizza to more nutritional fare such as yogurt, fruit roll-ups and frozen grapes.

The pool employs 20 lifeguards, ten of which can be found on duty at any given time. The pool can hold up to 600 swimmers. Although the daily attendance averages around 450 people, there are times when demand exceeds the bathing load and children have to wait for others to leave before they are allowed in.

SWIM TEAM
Ready? set? splash! Swimmers aged 6-18 can join the OKC Swim Team for competitive fun throughout the summer. Enhance skills through training, and compete with other swim teams across the metro.  Practices are held at all Parks pools. Swim team training at Earlywine begins June 6. Cost:  $30 for the summer season. For more information, call 405 239-6898 to participate.

Birthday parties are always a blast with the Parks' Big Wet Birthday Bash. Birthday parties for kids young and old can be scheduled during regular operating hours at Earlywine and Will Rogers. Cost is $20 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Call the pool today to reserve your birthday spot in the sun!
