Oklahoma City's three disc golf courses provide physical and mental conditioning for people of all ages.

The object of the game is to traverse the course from beginning to end with the fewest number of throws of the disc. The course at Will Rogers Park offers scenic water hazards, Dolese Youth Park features rolling hills and trees and Woodson's course is long, flat and open.
