Downtown traffic advisory; 5/4

(May 4, 2012) - This is a summary of downtown traffic conditions for May 7-11. Changes to this week’s advisory are shown in red. For a map that illustrates current traffic conditions please click here: Downtown Traffic Map

Hudson from Sheridan to Reno open
Hudson from Sheridan to Reno is now open.

South half of Main from Walker to Hudson open*
The south half of Main from Walker to Hudson is open to two lanes of traffic in each direction.

East side of Walker from Main to Couch Closed*
The east side of Walker from Main to Couch is closed for utility relocations.

Sheridan between Hudson and Robinson open*
Sheridan between Hudson and Robinson open to one west bound lane and two east bound lanes of traffic.

Robinson from Main to Park open*
Robinson from Main to Park open to one north bound and one south bound lane of traffic. Crews are now working on landscape and sidewalks.

Museum of Art Pedestrian Access from Kerr or Hudson*
The north east corner of Walker and Couch will close to pedestrian traffic. Pedestrian access to the museum will be from the north at Kerr or from the east at Hudson.

Couch closed between Hudson and Walker*
Couch is closed between Hudson and Walker while crews install utilities. Parking for the Museum of Art is located on Kerr.

Kerr open at Walker*
Kerr is open at Walker, traffic is one lane in each direction.

West side of Hudson closed Kerr to Park*
The west side of Hudson closed from Kerr to Park. Two southbound lanes are open.

East side of Hudson closed Park to Reno*
The west side of Hudson closed from Park to Reno. Two southbound lanes are open.

North half of Sheridan from Robinson to Gaylord closed*
The north half of Sheridan from Robinson to Gaylord is closed to traffic while crews remove pavement and relocate utilities. One lane of traffic is open in each direction.

Patience Latting Circle open to local access*
Patience Latting Circle, in front of City Hall, open for local access to area parking lots.

Colcord from Lee to Hudson closed*
Colcord from Lee to Hudson is closed while crews continue to relocate utilities.

McGee and Broadway placed on 3-way stops
The intersection of McGee and Broadway is on 3-way stops. Northbound traffic on Broadway will detour east or west at McGee.

Kerr between Robinson and Broadway closed
Kerr closed between Robinson and Broadway for private downtown renovations.     

Century Center Parking Garage Pedestrian Access reduced*
A portion of the north sidewalk on Sheridan is closed from Robinson east to the entrance of the parking garage. Pedestrians access the garage from Robinson or Main.

All project timelines are contingent upon the weather.
*Denotes Project 180-related construction.
