Independence Ave. near NW 50 to close for widening

(March 26, 2008) - Independence Avenue from NW 50 to NW 51 will close on April 1 for a five-month widening project.  Construction will also take place at NW 50 and Independence, but the intersection will remain open.  The project should be completed by August 30.  Detours will be marked.
