“This is a popular and convenient event for customers,” said Jim Linn, manager of Oklahoma City’s Solid Waste Division. “It helps them get their homes and yards spruced up for fall.”
Residents may drop off one load in one passenger vehicle or single-axle truck up to 1-ton and one trailer up to 16-feet. They also must bring a current original water bill (no photocopies accepted) as proof of residency.

Acceptable items include appliances without FreonÒ or other refrigerants, furniture, carpets, mattresses and other items too large for Big Blue carts or too much for the monthly Bulk Waste collection.
Household hazardous waste will not be allowed (tires, oils, sheetrock, car batteries, dirt and rocks, propane tanks, pool chemicals, electronic waste).
