NW 31 closed at Portland for repair

NW 31 is closed at the Portland Avenue intersection and will remain closed through Monday, January 16 for repair. The two southbound lanes of Portland are also closed. Traffic has been reduced to one lane in each direction for the duration of the project.

Drivers should use alternate routes to avoid congestion.
