Improvements to temporarily delay traffic at Pennsylvania and Memorial

(January 18, 2005) – Traffic will be delayed by construction beginning tomorrow, January 19, at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Memorial Rd. The project will be completed about Tuesday, April 19.

Right-turn bays will be built on Memorial, allowing motorists faster and easier access onto Pennsylvania. Although the street will not be closed, motorists should use May Avenue or Western to avoid tieups.

Rudy Construction Company has been hired by the City to complete the work.
