MAPS 3 is a 10-year construction program designed to improve the quality of life in Oklahoma City.

It is funded by a limited term, one-cent sales tax initiative that began in April 2010 and ends in December 2017. The initiative funds eight projects and is estimated to raise $777 million, including $17 million in contingency funds. A Citizen Advisory Board makes recommendations to City Council.

MAPS 3 tax collections are well under way and the City is moving forward on the projects. The Implementation Plan guides the process.
