You can store multiple saved applications that can be tailored for certain types of jobs. For example, you could store one application focusing on a human resources and another related to budget management. When a job opening becomes available in one or both of these fields, simply select the appropriate saved application and apply.
You must submit your application when a job opens to be considered for a position. Your stored application will not be reviewed until you have submitted one online.
Only completed applications will be considered. Please read each job announcement thoroughly. You can save your application in progress and return to complete the process at a later time as long as you are still within the open period of recruitment as indicated on the job announcement.
You may include attachments with your online application, such as resumes, cover letters, forms, transcripts or other professional licenses. We can accept Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and Adobe PDF formats.

To receive email job opening alerts you may complete a request via the Job Interest Cards page. You can choose to receive notifications for all categories of jobs or a more detailed alert. You do not have to register as an applicant to receive job alerts.
After applying, the next step in the employment process is an objective evaluation of your qualifications. The information provided on the application is compared to the required and preferred selection criteria outlined on the job announcement.
Make sure your application is accurate and complete. Include details about education, skills and experience relating to the job opening and attach any requested information such as transcripts, licenses or certifications.
Applicants whose qualifications most closely match the requirements of the position move to the next step in the selection process.
