Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust

The Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust was created in 2007 to provide the City with a designated body to oversee the City’s Strategic Investment program which focuses on the creation of quality jobs in Oklahoma City. The Trust is also responsible for many of the City’s tax increment districts. The Trust consists of two City councilman and three at large trustees all recommended by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. Current Trustees include:

• Patrick J, Ryan – Chairman (Ward 8 City Councilman)
• Rhonda Hooper– Vice Chairman (at large)
• Larry McAtee, (Ward 3 Councilman)
• Jim Roth (at large)
• Lynn Pickens (at large)

Trust Schedule 
The Trust meets every second and fourth Tuesday of the month with the exception July, August and September. Meetings are held at 2 p.m. in the Oklahoma City Council Chamber, 200 N. Walker, 3rd floor During the months of July through September, the Trust meets the first Tuesday of the month and they start at 1:00 pm.
