FEE CHANGE - JULY 1, 2010 Title 12, Article I of the Oklahoma City Municipal Code.

Building Plan Review

(a) Preliminary review (no permit issued) $76.00

(b) Review of plans submitted with an application for a building permit. (This fee is not refundable, but will be credited to the total permit fee, the remainder of which is due upon issuance of the permit.) 50.0% of total permit fee (minimum) $27.50 (maximum) $2750.00

Change of Use, Alterations, Removal, Repair

(a) Minimum permit fee $55.00
(b) Rate per $1000. of project valuation general fee $6.00
(c) Demolition fee First story $38.00

Additional stories, each $12.00

New Construction

(a) Minimum permit fee $55.00
(b) Rates where total exceeds the minimum

(1) Warehouse buildings, canopies, per sq. ft. $0.19
(2) Commercial buildings, office buildings and office space, per sq. ft. $0.28
(3) Industrial buildings, per sq. ft. $0.28
(4) Residential (Apartments/Condos), per sq. ft. $0.16

Miscellaneous Fees

(a) Occupancy certificate, each $11.00

(b) Water impact fees (if applicable) meter size 3/4 inch and smaller $100.

(c) Sewer system impact fees (if applicable)

(1) Sanitary sewer line connection $100.
(2) Plus, per equivalent bath unit or portion(s) thereof (see Table) $50.

(d) Detention fee in lieu of on site storm water detention

(if allowed by Public Works Engineering), per square foot of new impervious surface. (Impervious surface includes the structure footprint, paving, sidewalks, patios and drives on private property.) fee $0.1276 per s.f.
