Help using the system
Enter the location of your service request including a street number, street direction, street name and street type; or for an intersection enter the first street and the intersecting street.

Examples:   Street Address:   200 N Walker Ave  
    2825 SW 110th St  
     
  Intersection:   W Main St & N Classen Blvd  
    NW 10th St & N May Ave  

Then click on the "Search Location" button. The City’s address system will verify the location. If matches are found, a list will be displayed. Select the location that best matches your location. Your selected address will appear, if it is correct, click on the “Search Service Request” button. A list of service requests at that location will appear.
