Incident #12-039075

Deceased Victim:  Hishaw, Aaron Lawayne  (B/M, DOB: 12/16/1983) of Oklahoma City 

Wounded Victim:  Horne, Bobby  (B/M, DOB: 6/26/2989) of Oklahoma City 

On 5/13/2012 at approximately 3:30 a.m., police responded to a shooting call at the Murphy’s Gas Station at I-240 and Santa Fe.  Officers arrived and found two shooting victims.  Aaron Hishaw was pronounced dead at the scene and Bobby Horne was transported to OU Medical Center.

It appears the two victims fought with two other persons, ultimately leading to both victims being shot.  Investigators have two suspects identified, however their names are not being released at this time.  Anyone with information regarding this case should call the Homicide tip-line at 405/297-1200.

For those keeping track of homicide numbers for the year, the officer-involved shooting by a Canadian County deputy over the weekend will be homicide #35 of 2012.
