Victim: Ontiveros, Delgado Jose Uriel (H/M, DOB: 12/7/1986) of Oklahoma City
Arrested: Rodriguez, Maria (H/F, DOB: 4/14/1986) of Oklahoma City
On 6/17/2012, police responded to a report of a man lying in the roadway. The victim was transported to OU Medical Center where he eventually died.
Investigators determined that the victim and his girlfriend were arguing in the street. At some point the arrested person, Maria Rodriguez, drove away dragging Mr. Ontiveros and then ran him over, causing his death. Ms. Rodriguez fled the scene, but was located at her residence at 1509 SW 31st a short time later.
Ms. Rodriguez was transported to Police Headquarters where she was interviewed and subsequently booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of murder in the second degree.
