Victim 1: Aguilar, Claudia (H/F, DOB: 5/7/1976) of Oklahoma City
Victim 2: De Los Santos, Evelyn (H/F, DOB: 5/12/2006) of Oklahoma City
Suspect/Deceased: De Los Santos, Juan (H/M, DOB: 6/30/1968) of Oklahoma City of Oklahoma City
Yesterday (3/13/2012) at approximately 5:50 p.m., Oklahoma City Police were called to 1925 NW 15th regarding a shooting. When officers arrived they found three people deceased inside of the residence.
Investigators learned that Mr. De Los Santos and Ms. Aguilar had recently been going through a divorce. Mr. De Los Santos and Ms. Aguilar began arguing yesterday afternoon. At some point during the argument, Mr. De Los Santos shot and killed his wife and their child before turning the gun on himself. All three were pronounced dead at the scene.
