Citizen Alert
Police Department
The Police Department's Citizen
Alert Program allows police to periodically send you Crime Alerts and other
public safety information. You can read the alerts two ways: check
them here, or subscribe to have alerts sent directly to your email, cell phone
or pager.
Subscribers can choose whether to get all Alerts or select
only certain types of notifications.
Citizen Alert is two-way communication
– we want to hear back from you if you know something about a case. Most
alerts will include the e-mail address and phone number of the police officers
working on the case. Your information may help the investigating officers.
If you’d rather respond anonymously, call Crime Stoppers at
(405) 235-7300.
You can check alerts here without doing anything else. But if
you want to subscribe to Citizen Alert electronic delivery,
you must have an okc.gov
user account. You’ll be able to
use this same account for future services we’ll provide.
If you don’t have an okc.gov user account,

Citizen Alert is one more tool to keep you safe and make our
city a great place to live.
Take a look at the alerts below and click Subscribe if you
want Citizen Alert direct delivery.
Messages from the Citizen Alert program are not official
police department records. Alerts are periodic and not intended to
represent all public safety issues in our community. Immediately call
911 in any emergency situation!
