Quality soccer, baseball and basketball leagues are open to boys and girls kindergarten through fifth-grade through the Parks and Recreation Department. Kids will have a ball learning basic athletic skills, game rules and good sportsmanship.
Parents are encouraged to join the squad as a coach or team parent.

New for Fall 2011: Youth Volleyball
Girls and boys in first-fifth grades can learn hand-eye coordination, gamesmanship and more in our NEW youth volleyball program. The season begins September 24 at Woodson and Municipal Gyms. Coaches Clinics
Parents are encouraged to become a part of their children’s team by coaching. Before each season, a comprehensive league meeting for all coaches to discuss rules, regulations and procedures is scheduled. The clinic will cover practices, coaches’ conduct, rules and fundamental techniques. At this meeting coaches will turn in team fees and receive game jerseys and schedules. All parents are required to sign a code of conduct agreement prior to attending games.
