The OCMAPS Trust is the governing body responsible for school sales tax funds and management of the construction projects.

The trust is authorized to: purchase public school sites, erect or purchase school buildings, furnish and equip public school buildings, repair existing school buildings, improve public school sites, demolish public school facilities and purchase school transportation equipment.

The trust meets in the City Council Chamber at 200 N. Walker, generally at 3 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month.
