Meeting Searches

The meeting search allows you to locate meetings and meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, ordinances, resolutions, etc. You can browse through the displayed meetings or select a meeting type and enter a keyword o date to search.

When using Search, you must enter a meeting type and either a keyword or date range. The following sample shows a search performed for the "Park Commission" meeting type containing the keywords "Route 66 Park".

This example shows a search performed for the Planning Commission with meeting dates from July 1, 2007 through October 15, 2007.

Click on the View icon to see the meeting materials.

In the meeting documents, click on any PDF symbol to view and or download a copy of the agenda, agenda packet, or supporting documents. Click on the HTML link to view a copy of the agenda with hyperlinks to the supporting documents for each agenda item.
